I have trained as an integrative Counsellor, this means I have studied and experienced a wide variety of skills, techniques and theories that enable me to provide a tailored approach to each individual’s specific goals and needs. I work in a safe, gently paced and creative way that will enrich the relationship and keep you, the client, resourced to engage in the therapeutic process.

I have worked with people from all walks of life to explore a wide range of problems. I am committed to providing a safe, ethical service to my clients.
I am an ardent supporter of providing Counselling to those who may not usually be able to access Counselling so I keep some appointments available for concessions.
I am currently employed to work with survivors of childhood sexual abuse, domestic abuse and rape.
I also work in private practice with a wide range of problems from anxiety, bereavement, relationship problems and difficulty adjusting to university life.
